One morning when I was turning on the cooker hub my fusses went off, and it continued each time cooker was turned on. I wasn’t sure if this was indicating a fault with the oven or with my electrics? So I was at my wits end if this was requiring an appliance engineer to look at it or an electricians. I contacted John from his website, and immediately I received support and great advice. I was very honest with him and I raised my concern and I told him that If the switch is faulty then the electrician can fix that but if it is the oven I will need need to pay for the additional engineer. If came out that John was able to fault find the oven as well as the fix wiring! And his charge covered this fault finding. He was flexible with my timing and visited me on the same day! John immediately identified which part was causing the problem. The heating element from the cooker hub was faulty. As the cooker was pretty old it was best to order the entire new hub. John came back in few days time when new hub arrived, he removed the old one and installed the new one for £85 only. Also to fit the new cooker he had to make some adjustments in the fitting hole, which he did! On top of that he replaced my light switches that were broken 🙂 without extra charges. everything has been done professionally, cleanly and safely. I couldn't have found a better person! it is very hard to trust people especially from the internet without recommendation. I guarantee you that he is a jack of all trades :-) I'll always contact John first, no matter what! Highly recommend it!

John came round to install a 32amp socket for our hot tub that's being delivered,he ran the cable from the fuse box installing it's own circuit breaker to the 32amp box at the other end of the garden, great work, very professional indeed, can't recommend John enough,

So glad we listened to the google reviews!! It's so hard finding reliable, trustworthy tradesmen that take real pride in their jobs. John assessed our driveway lights that had stopped working. Fair quote. He kept us informed on what he thought could be the issue. Fixed them and have had no issues. Just real talk and real solutions. We've got him coming back to do some internal work and are very glad to have found an electrician we will rely on whenever we might have an issue. John has a real professional demeanour and a can do attittude. Will be recommending him to family and friends for sure!

My bathroom light blew after I had put in a new bulb. Phoned JWC around midday. Electrician arrived about 5.30pm. He assessed the situation and informed me that the extractor fan motor had blown and had caused a short in my light fitting. He drove off to get a brand new light and fan. Completed extractor fan and light fitting removal & new installation of both. Very professional and tidy work and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Completed the job at about 8.30pm. I would definitely use again and would also recommend to anyone else.
