We used them to install a new light fitting and replace our boiler timer. The light doesn’t work at all and we now can’t even turn off the boiler using the control panel. Gave them plenty of opportunities to come back and rectify the issues but I was just given excuses and now I can’t get in contact with them. Avoid! Total waste of money

Came Early! Polite, friendly and professional. Showed Gas Safe Credentials and allowed inspection. Proper gas 'tightness' test before and after changing appliance. Careful sealing around hob. Did not rush and worked methodically. Stuck to Price quoted and cleaned up checking I was happy with everything, encouraging me to fully check appliance before taking payment.

Lee had previously fixed and serviced my boiler, so I had no hesitation in recommending him to an elderly friend. He phoned, arrived the same same day, and sorted out her saniflow to her satisfaction. We both would recommend Lee to anyone of our friends.
