He was also fantastic at communicating with us; he kept us informed every step of the way and explained everything clearly. He handled every single little job with great care and attention, and he was incredibly flexible when other contractors let us down. His quality of work was second to none and he always cleaned up after himself, which is rare these days. He also helped us with a nightmare we had dealing with UK Power Networks.
