Just want to say huge thanks to Sam, the engineer and the staff at Loveridges for their excellent service yesterday. We had our annual gas safety check and Sam found a leak at the meter. This was replaced within two hours by Wales and West. However, it meant the gas had to be turned off until it was recommissioned by Sam to make the system safe again. He hoped to do this today but has a full workload, so planned to get there Monday morning. When I phoned the office yesterday at 5pm to tell them we had visitors arriving from overseas this afternoon, I got a call from from Sam at gone 7pm. Knowing how we were stuck he finished his jobs, went home, had some food and came back out to recommission our boiler! All to help us out. Fantastic care and customer service. We’ve used this company for years and years. They’re a local family business; they really care and they’re very professional. We recommend them highly. Great people.

Great work today at our house where our old boiler from 2006 was leaking. Problem painlessly analysed and parts ordered. V glad to have got away from BG Homecare who charged a lot but were not available when needed and did not provide the service promised.

Excellent! Purchased a washing machine as old one had broken, lady on the phone was very helpful and professional helping us pick a new one that would fit our needs. Young man who fitted the new machine was very helpful and polite, with a demonstration on how to use all the settings. Recommended to my elderly Nan and she received the same exceptional service. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service all round, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We had our gas boiler serviced on Nov.19th.Whilst doing a pressure test the engineer discovered a gas leak. He could not find it so he cut off the supply to the house ,disconnected the cooker and cut by hacksaw the main pipe to the boiler.He said that ALL the gas pipework in the house should be replaced. We had another gas safe engineer take a look & he found the leak to be in the meter. The meter was replaced by National Grid within an hour. Both said the service by Loveridges was disgraceful as the leak was easily traced within a minute. Loveridges gas engineer needs retraining to be gas safe. Frank Jenkins
