Happy enough with the end result when it was finally completed as per our original request. Extremely unhappy with the unpleasant struggle needed to achieve this, which dragged out over months. The original work hadn't met the requirements we had clearly discussed at the initial visit, and when this was raised I had to endure rudeness, verbal aggression and attempts to deflect responsibility for the issues which were ultimately due to insufficient attention to detail on the part of the electrician. I found the whole process very stressful and upsetting, and despite the eventual resolution at a reduced fee and an efficient booking system I cannot recommend this company and will not be using them again.

Cancelled booking on us due to snow 3 times. One time hardly any snow and cleared up pretty quickly but I’ll give him benefit of doubt and maybe it was bad at his end. Cancelled a third time my partner could not get any more time off but he won’t give a full refund of deposit because of transaction fees. HE cancelled on us, yet he’s trying to charge us for his cancellation. He even said he didn’t have to give a refund at all and was only doing it as a goodwill gesture. Please be aware if he cancels you won’t get all of your money back.

These are a great local company. They do exactly what they say they’ll done, arriving on time with a text 20mins before saying “we’re on our way” Would definitely recommend and use again should I need any electrical work

Daniel carried out electrical testing at our property and provided a full and informative report on his findings with recommendations for remedial work. We look forward to a return visit to complete the remedial work, install security lights and further light and electrical sockets. Very happy to recommend.
