After the heating element went out of our oven, my partner bought the replacement element himself in an attempt to fix it himself. He got confused on route, and gave up. Within an hour of phoning up the company, we had a qualified electrician at our door ready to save dinner. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain where we went wrong. A total professional.
