Faced with no power to our downstairs sockets (including fridge/freezer) they dropped everything to come and fix for us before going about the rest of their day. Jack Bamber5 StarHave used the services of Martin's team (James and Will) a few times times, initially to carry out an electrical installation condition report on a property and then to carry out some remedial work to bring it up to spec, including replacing a consumer unit and some rewiring in the kitchen and bathroom. Scarlett Sunley1 StarAVOID AT ALL COSTS! PLEASE READ! I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and rude Martin Day is. He came to my sisters property whilst I was there, we waited in the lounge whilst he was supposed to be replacing light fittings. When he had finished, he said to us 'basically I've wrecked your house' and then laughed. I told him it's not funny and he replied 'you don't get my humour', he left the hallway in a worse state than before causing damage to the wiring and he said to us 'you will have to get someone else to sort this out I am not doing it'. I am absolutely astonished how he responds to customers, he was very confrontational and quite intimidating and we were relieved when he left. Be very cautious around this man and do not leave vulnerable people in his company. I definitely do not recommend using his services.Sunday 11th July 2021
