I requested a recommendation for a shower repair on our local Facebook page. Liam contacted me immediately followed by a phone call and they came the next day to install a new shower The 2 lads were very polite and professional and did a cracking job Would highly recommend them

Called to see about availability for installing a washing machine. Before I could explain the issue the man on the phone just said "ok, bye then" and cut the call. This was very rude and also quite odd. We called again to get an explanation or to see if there had been a mistake, the man that picked up the phone just said "not interested" and again cut the call. This came across as very unprofessional and quite rude. I would recommend anyone who needs a plumber does not use this man as he doesn't seem interested in helping people. Answer to your lie of a reply: We were not rude, we explained that despite having a French number we were local. Your answer to that was to say "bye now" and hang up on us. We called again. You hang up again straight away. We didn't have time to be rude as you cut off the calls. As my partner said in her review, next time you are rude to a customer, remember that he might leave a review. Seeing your attitude we can only imagine the work you would have done. No need to reply to this with more lies.

I have had dealings with this company and I cannot fault their work, helpfulness and tidiness. Their costs are also very reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation and nothing us too much trouble.
