INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID BY ALL MEANS. I contacted Kunal Joshi at Mepani electrical to get a quote for some simple electrical works I needed done (my flat was recently fully rewired by another company; I was looking for some simple tweaks made). One of their electricians came to do a quote, took off one of the lightswitches, played with one of the light appliances, and eventually put them back together and left, with the promise of a quote. I realised a few days later that the electrician hadn't put the lightswitch back correctly as the ceiling lights it controlled stopped working after he left, so called back Kunal Joshi to inform him and ask him to send the guy back to fix the problem he created. No response, so I left Kunal a message; tried calling multiple times after but thereafter, every single one of my calls got turned down! Eventually after 3 weeks of calling someone picked up the phone, told me "just drop it" after I gave my name, put the phone down on me and blocked my number!! Making mistakes happens, but treating customers in such a dishonest and unprofessional manner is simply unacceptable. AVOID in all circumstances, unless you are after cowboy workers with no sense of ethics or service.
