As a single parent, I find that looking for tradesmen very daunting and ABIT intimidating. Gareth came to quote me very quick, as soon as I opened the door he introduced himself, he was super friendly and non judgemental. He had a look at what needed doing. After leaving, he quoted me in very good time also giving me a few options. Gareth was not interested in doing what was easier for him (some tradesmen are). The MEE team did a great job with our Zappi electric car charger installation. Gareth was happy to advise us on our options with regards to types of charger available, best installation location and how to route the cabling required. The work was carried out professionally and even when we had a technical hitch which was beyond anyone's control Gareth was on hand to resolve the issue and ensure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend Mid Essex Electrical.
