Had boiler service, booked through Corgi Home plan, with Mr Probert cancelled twice. First date was cancelled with no notice because he was pinged which was fair enough. Second date was cancelled also with no notice because he decides to attend a funeral that day. He could have phoned me the night before but didn't. Also didn't really apologize just expected me to arrange a third new date. A great example of old fashioned bad service. Corgi agrees with me that this was unprofessional and have promised not to send him to me again.

What a great tradesmen! when I damaged a water pipe Mike came out promptly and sorted it with minimum fuss. He was very polite with great customer service skills. Thanks very much Mike!
