Ed Parsons5 StarCalled regarding a burst pipe. MJ Ryder were the only people available to come out and showed sympathy to our situation whilst on the phone. Thet squeezed us in at short notice so we could get our water back on. Their engineer, Andrew, arrived on team and was polite,, professional tidy and worked well. He left no mess. Carole Beech5 StarFrom the initial telephone contact with Rian who was so helpful and understanding to the visits from all of the engineers, including Jack, Tom, Charlie and Kieron we have been so impressed and highly recommend this company. We found that they don’t mess around, they do what they say and have visited very speedily and explained things without going down the complex or jargon routes. The new heating system was installed within the projected timescale, efficiently and with consideration and good humour. Throughout, Rian was a vital link in communications.
