My power kept tripping despite having turned everything off in the house, I txt Dan in desperation as my freezers where without power and he came that same evening. managed to get my power back without tripping minus a few sockets which was fine with extension leads helping out. he came back following week as promised and found the root cause of the problem which was an outdoor box which was filled with water, he also changed a few sockets and switches inside and tidied some unsightly wiring. overall i am really happy. Dan and his partner were nice friendly pleasant guys, he explained what he was doing/ going to do, promp on arrival, tidied up and put things back, and were a really good price, I will recommend to anyone and I won't use anybody else now, thanks Dan and gang. Called Boxing day at around 22:00 a plug socket blew and needed an sparky, granted the time of day and of year the call was answered. Couldn't come out but offered to video call on WhatsApp. Talked me through an attempted fix. Absolutely quality service for picking up and trying to help.

I contacted the company yesterday asking to replace an outside light fitting, to check a socket in an upstairs bedroom which wasn't working and change 2 circular light bulbs. Despite the short notice, they came today due to my personal circumstances which made it difficult to wait for a future appointment. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to have in the house.
