My fan oven stopped working 19.12.20 contacted Angus who returned my call and attended on 20.12.20 (Sunday). Identified the fault replaced the element, tested the oven and gave me a 12 month guarantee for the work. Cannot thank him enough Christmas could have been ruined.Sunday 20th December 2020
