We moved into a house that needed some renovation in every room. We engaged Colin and his team to carry out the work and once it had started we kept adding other things. In the end the work took over three months, with the team often working six days of the week. When the work was finally completed, there were very few snagging jobs, which is a testament to their work ethic of doing it right first time, every time. I really can’t recommend these guys enough. I had no electric on Christmas Day and within 25 minutes an electrician was at my door. He restored power to all the house and found it was my downstairs socket circuit that was to blame for it tripping out. It took him no time to find out it was a faulty socket front. With this replaced Christmas dinner could go ahead. The electrician followed COVID guidance throughout by keeping his distance and wearing a mask. Thanks, thanks, Thank You!!!

Niloc managed a full renovation of my 1960s council house. Everything from floors, walls, windows and doors, bathroom and kitchen. Plastering, plumbing and rewiring and even installing a second washroom/toilet under the stairs. Kitchen fitting was to the highest quality finish. Just amazing work and even better when you take advice on some quality materials to produce that really high standard finish! Brilliant thanks!
