At NEECOS, we understand the inconvenience and potential danger of home emergencies, so we aim to be with you in less than one hour. All Tradesmen have their own liability insurance. All emergencies will either be repaired or made safe depending on the time of the engineer being present. Whether a severe gas leak threatening your family’s safety or a lack of central heating has you freezing during a cold winter, at NEECOS, we understand the importance of customer safety and our engineers aim to resolve your emergency as safely and efficiently as possible. All of our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered. Above all else, we value the safety of our customers. The North East is our home, and we aim to protect those within it. With 20 years of experience , we strive to make our customers home safe as quickly and efficiently as possible so they can go continue on their day with peace of mind. Jim was brilliant. We had two Nest outdoor cameras, two learning thermostats and a doorbell installed. The work was carried out professionally and quickly. He even helped us up the stairs with a king sized mattress which was way beyond the call of duty! Thank you. Came out from a frantic call at 3 minutes to 5 and fixed my heat link that had not been installed properly and got my heating working again after 3 days of no heat. Very friendly and polite whilst here, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely use again. Wish he'd installed the nest in the first place. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Jim installed a Nest Hello doorbell for me. He arrived on time and completed the job with no fuss. He even turned up on a Sunday to install. Will definitely be keeping Jim’s number for future work. Cheers Jim

This is a fantastic friendly team of father and son, very professional. My problem with electricity was much bigger then I expected, but James sorted out a solution quickly and effectively. Definitely recommended, 5 STARS.

The lads turned up on-time and had the fault checked out and rectified in really short period of time. Once the fault was sorted the sockets and systems were tested, brilliant result. I would definitely use these guys again. Great work and good craic into the bargain

Really appreciated Jim coming out yesterday evening after having problems with my electricity tripping. He was very professional and took the time to explain the steps he was taking to resolve the issue. Finally had the electricity back on and was extremely happy with the service received and would highly recommend him.
