Firstly, to have a female engineer visit my home as a vulnerable female, is a rarity and it made me feel a lot more comfortable and at ease. I have used the company for 3 jobs recently and each time they have been efficient, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the issues have been fixed. Nadège Huart1 StarThe team was responsive and services were good but the rates announced did not include an extortionate call-out charge of £100 which is nowhere to be found on the website. What is the point of going with local businesses if there is a massive call out charge?!?! Daniel Cobb’s plumbers do not charge it and even charge by the half hour, not full hour.
