Initial diagnostics attempted via a phone call to alleviate possible call out and complete transparency of protocol/pricing. Chris was with us within 1.5 hours on a Sunday, which was impressive since he was in the midst of a 22mile bike ride (additional resources called in).Informative throughout and took the time to explain so I had a personal level of understanding. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again in the future. Nurelectrics were employed by our plumber for finalising the electrical connections during a new boiler installation.As I have a smart thermostat Nurelectrics recommended to re-wire the connections from the thermostat receiver to the boiler, to make sure there were no flimsy connections left. The final work was exactly what I was looking for when I had asked our previous electrician (when we had our kitchen revampled), where the previous electrician ignored my request, saying it was not possible.On top of that, the original work for connecting the new boiler electrically was finalised perfectly.Thanks to AJ and Chris for thoughrourly complete all the tasks.I am looking forward to having them over for the extra work I asked them to do between now and the summer - hopefully lockdown will not be in the way

I could not be happier with the work that Chris did for us today. He arrived bang on time, happily explained everything that he was doing and made a really tidy job of installing 2x new sockets and our hive thermostat and controller. They're a tad busy at the moment and there was a bit of a wait to get them out but, honestly, it's a wait we'll worth it! Thanks very much!
