Any landlord or owner of a property that is to be sold or currently rented is required to have an EPC for that property by law. A property may be re-let during the ten-year lifespan of an EPC without being reassessed. A property cannot be sold (or even advertised for sale) without a current EPC.

I'm REALLY pleased with the service. Paul is very efficient and understanding. He produced all the landlord safety certificates I needed for my properties at competitive rates. When some of them came back unsatisfactory, he conducted the necessary remedial works and issued new satisfactory certificates timely for a reasonable price.

Paul subcontracted my jobs out without my knowledge or permission. The electricians who did the job did not pick up on a serious safety issue, leaving the property unsafe. When I contacted Paul to raise my concerns he washed his hands of any responsibility, and seemed unconcerned about whether the people who are representing him and his company are doing a competent job or not. He was not even willing to go out and look at what they'd done to see if it was right or not. Would not recommend.
