From moving consumer units, installing electrics for bathroom and kitchen, installing outside lights and a good deal of rewiring, we have always been very satisfied with his work and communications with his office. Highly recommended. Excellent service once again. Designed a cost effective solution for our village hall lighting issues. Paul and Kim were literally packing for a holiday when we called to confirm the order but still made sure that the parts were ordered before departing. We desperately needed a qualified/certificated electrician to come in and connect our new cooker and fix a plug. I was given Paul's number by three different people. I called him, and even though he was out, he was extremely helpful and polite. Also, because his work schedule is very busy, he couldn't give me an exact date, but two days later he fitted me in!! He carried out the work so beautifully, and is such a lovely person to deal with. His prices are so competitive, I had to read the invoice twice! I absolutely cannot recommend Paul Copley Electrical high enough!!! Five stars!! Have used Paul's services for several years and found him to be efficient, reliable and more than competent. Together with Kim they make a formidable team and are always ready to be of assistance at short notice when and if the need arises. I have used Paul for many years and always found him to be very professional and efficient. However, I was annoyed to see that I was unexpectedly charged for travel on my latest invoice, which I have never known a trader do. Have been an customer of Paul Copley for over 20 years. He has maintained my alarm system every year and provided an annual inspection. He provides an excellent, quality and honest service and is a really nice guy to boot. We were very pleased with the work Paul did in our kitchen. He arrived on time and worked hard. He is a pleasure to have around - very polite and friendly. He charged us a fair price - in fact less than the quote as there wasn't as much work as he thought. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul. We have had Paul to carry out electrical work for us several times previously. He always gives excellent service, is friendly and helpful, prompt to quote and carry out the work. His wife is also most helpful and efficient, helping to schedule the tasks too. I cannot recommend Paul too highly.
