Jacqui Armstrong5 StarWe had a smell of burning coming from our meter cupboard and I rang several electricians trying to get help. I had no luck in getting anyone to take me seriously until I rang PJM. They came within an hour identified it as an electricity board problem, spoke to the electricity board for me and ensured that they were going to come out to fix it before leaving and telling me that if the hadn't turned up by eight to ring PJM and he would help sort it out.
