I was recommended by my estate agent to use this company. I was lured in on the basis of £125 for an electrical certificate for rental purposes. They visited and came back and it was significantly more than this, at just over £315, discussed this with the electrician on the phone to my understanding was the total inclusive costs before I can get a satisfactory certificate. They then go a week or 10 days later to finish the job, loss of rental income and constantly checking "when will the parts arrive, when will you go." They "do the job" and now my spotless house is left dusty for the new tenant because they didn't clean up after their work. The lights stopped working which I find out through my inventory check and have to ask the estate agent to chase these people because I can't reach them. And now an oven that I was using without fault or problem for 2 years has suddenly stopped working after their appliance check and electrical certificate work. I put this question to them and their is no explanation to why I now suddenly have to deal with an additional several hundred pound dent, there is power to the appliance its not an electrical issue. As if this answers why my appliance suddenly no longer works immediately after your checks. I then get footed with a bill almost twice as much as I was made to believe over the phone. Complete and utter miscommunication. Possibly the worst financial decision I have made throughout 2021/22 is following my estate agents recommendation to use this company. The amount of follow up and additional work I have had to do and still need to do has been a drain on my time, finances and patience. Avoid.

I would highly recommend Pearce Electrical. I posted on a building site, needing a new light installed in my front room. Adam replied straight away with a very competitive price and an available slot the next day! The electrician who showed up (sorry I can't remember his name) was very professional & friendly. Will definately be using again in the future.

We had a complete power failure on Sunday evening. Even though Pearce advertised 24-hour emergency support, i wasn't expecting a reply to my message left lateish in the evening. I was very pleasantly surprised when Adam called a little later. He organised for men to be at the flat the next morning at 9am, and Lee sorted the problem - which was a worrying installation fault, and fixed it within an hour. Brilliant, thank you so much.
