Roberta Fuke5 StarJack was absolutely brilliant!! Excellent advice and support combined with exceptional service and a lovely, friendly and entirely honourable person to deal with at all times. Great communication throughout from explaining work required to timescales and budgets. Jack undertook partial bungalow rewire, replacement of old consumer unit, fitting of new light fittings in all rooms, all electrics for new kitchen (including all new power points and light switches, cooker switches, under cupboard lights, ceiling spot lights etc) as well as full bungalow wiring safety check.
Jack basically ensured all electrical work was sorted (including unexpected issues with old wiring) so elderly parents could move into their bungalow pre Christmas. He went above and beyond to make sure all was complete in time for their moving in date (which was very tight) and we can’t thank him enough. Totally professional, honest, helpful and tidy, I trust Jack 100% and would recommend him and his work to anyone. What a lovely bloke and brilliant work too. Peter Whitehead5 StarJack responded very promptly to my enquiry, provided a quotation, and then completed the EICR fixed wire testing on our 5 properties within a few days. He was happy to fit his work around our commitments to avoid any disruption to our business.
We are currently waiting for the formal report, and estimates for any rectification work that may be necessary. But so far our experience has been very positive.Friday 13th May 2022

Pauline Cook5 StarHaving recently moved house, we discovered lots of electrical ‘jobs’ that needed doing in our new home.....extra sockets, fluorescent strips in garage, repositioning of ceiling lights etc. We contacted Jack and from start to finish he gave exceptional service. He visited us within a few days of our call and was so confident and professional in answering our queries. Within a few weeks, he and his colleague came and sorted out all our problems. Nothing was too much trouble or too difficult for them to sort out, they were friendly and helpful throughout. When the job was complete, they filled in any holes they’d made ( which we had expected to do ) and completely cleaned up any mess. We are absolutely delighted with their work and thoroughly recommend Jack’s Perform Electrical Services. We will certainly use them for any future work that we need.Friday 30th April 2021
