We are a friendly, family run business with over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry and are based at the One Business Village in Hull, East Yorkshire. I can’t recommend this company enough, I’ve used them for re wiring our house and also for installing my cctv system in my business. Very professional, realisable & gets the job done! Never ever been let down by them in the 10 years of using them.

the landing lite stopped working so i called prolec, i explained it was ergent as am a single mum with two small children. He came out to fix the light fitting but made a numba of innappropriate comments and kept staring at my chest whilst talking - was so happy when they left

Sure, the light works and they got here near enough on time, which earns them the "one star for showing up badge"; when you flick the switch, it goes on and off, but it will cost us double in polyfiller, paint, and getting the carpet cleaned from the unclean boots... HU10

I contacted Prolec Hull Ltd through a telephone call and made a booking to have my security light fitted to my landlords property. The booking was 13:15 and at a inconvenience I made sure I was home early from work. It got to 14:15 and no one had attended this job. I have them a phone call and was eventually cut off (phone put down on me) by a member of staff. Couldn't believe it. I rang back to be promised the electrician was collecting material for the job I'd booked in and would be around soon. Since that phone call I had no call from their electricians and no apology. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT USE.
