Dave White5 StarGreat customer experience, Rob contacted me the day before to ask if I wanted a run through of the work before it went ahead. Polite, helpful and cleaned up as he went along including taking all COVID precautions to look after us.
After the work was completed Rob checked in on me twice to ensure no issues and that everything was going well. Advised on the correct ap for my EV charger and followed up on certificates to make sure that I had everything I needed.
