IMPORTANT UPDATE                      

We would like to let all our customers know that in light of the recent Covid-19 outbreak we will be strictly following government guidelines and advice throughout this time.

The health and well-being of our customers and staff is of upmost importance, and we would like to ensure you we are doing everything we can.

If you are experiencing an electrical emergency we are here for you. If you have dangerously faulty electrics, no power or need your electrics making safe we can try and assist wherever possible.

We have issued all our staff with instructions on best practice regarding hand washing, and have a system in place to notify us of any contact or symptoms that may pose a risk.

If you or any member of your household are in self isolation with symptoms of Coronavirus we ask that you inform us straight away so further precautions can be put into place to protect our engineers and their families.

On arrival & departure from your property our engineers will check that is OK to wash their hands.

We would respectfully ask that you accommodate this by allowing our engineers to use your hand washing facilities, however where not available hand sanitiser will be used until the next available facilities.

We ask that a safe distance of 2 meters is kept between our engineers and any persons on the property - as per government guidelines.

We will be following developments on a daily basis, and keep you informed of any changes we make.
