John explained the job fully beforehand so I knew what to expect, and gave me useful advice and suggestions, which helped with my decisions. When the job was on-going he always updated me at the end of each day.
My house was left tidy at the end of each day’s work, and overall there was much less disruption than I’d anticipated for a full re-wire.
John’s calm, reassuring and upbeat manner was really appreciated.
