Very unreliable. He seemed friendly and efficient when the bath was installed. However there were problems after. The bath takes 1 minute from turning on the tap and water starting to run. When we phoned he turned up too early. He arrived 30mins before the arranged time. I wasn't there and spoke to someone with alzeimers. Said he would wait in the car but drove off and didn't come back. Didn't even answer calls I made. Two months later the bath leaked downstairs to a kitchen and through the light. He said he would come the next day. Didn't arrive and when I called him twice he didn't respond. We discovered the leak had been due to him not installing a necessary part. It caused a big problem. We had to find another plumber which cost more money and time. I strongly recommend you don't go near him.

Great service from Rapid Fixer who attended on Saturday, had an issue with my boiler, pressure valued failed and was repaired at a very reasonable price. highly recommend

We had to pay £140 for a guy to just pop in for literally 1 min and tell us that he can't fix the problem... good work! Wold give -5starts if there was an option
