Never do business with Robert Ardis! Very unprofessional, rude and needs his mouth washed out with soap! This review I write is truly unbelievable:- I phoned Ardis on Monday about broken door on w/machine he said he would pick part up on Tuesday and fit it on Wednesday. He never phoned on Wednesday to advise when he would fit it. I phoned him around 11.00 and he said he would pick up the part today (1 day late), phone me before lunch and let me know what time he would fit it. I waited for the call, but nothing. So I phoned him at 14.50 to again get a time from him. He said he'd be there in 40 minutes. When he arrived he took out the part which was white (my machine is grey!!), he said I can still fit it cause you won't be able to see the latch but actually you can see the part. I explained to him that I want the colour to match the machine and asked him why he didn't phone me to confirm the colour, he had no answer. Any person who has more than 2 brain cells would have got both colours and returned the one that didn't suit but no not Robert he wants to leave it for another 2 days! He wanted to charge me £45 for fitting and £18 for the part which he didn't discuss before arriving at my house. I couldn't wait that long so I text him that night and said just to leave it. He phoned me the next day shouting abuse at me (threatening to sue) and then tried to hang up the phone but failed to do so, so I ended up listening to 23 minutes of him slagging me off. This is what I heard "fxxxing cheeky B' at least 6 times, paramilitaries, put her in a box, horrible atmosphere, she's worse that the oul doll up the Whitewell, hope she finds all the screws we took out hehe, any descent person would have taken the white one, she didn't shut up yacking in background, hope she can't get it fitted, and a lot of "F" words in between. He spoke to me like this cause I'm a woman, didn't say it to my husband who answered the phone!
