The electricity went out on a very cold night for one of my parent’s tenants. I called RRR Plumbing And Electrical Ltd at 8pm on a Friday night and talked to Ben right away. I explained to Ben the situation and he immediately diagnosed the issue and told me what to do to save myself the money of calling in a dispatch. Because it was a cold night and the tenants had a little boy, I still wanted him to come out and make sure that everything was working as should.
