As soon as we receive your call we will have the relevant engineer(s) to you within 2 hours, with no extra charge for this service if it is within our normal business hours.

Helpful over the phone. Asked to send email with photos of intended job which I did. No response to emails and no response to follow up call. I understand if you have other work lined up, but please be open and say you are not interested in the work instead of wasting everyone’s time.

I recently got some work done by S.G Ellis, they created such a mess and broke several boards that did not need breaking. They also charged labour for spending most of the time not on the site, I will not be using them in the future.
