Steve really helped us out of a bind with our kitchen; turned up and quoted within an hour or so of initial contact, and rearranged his schedule the very next day to come and fit a new cooker and hob. Very professional, reliable, and friendly. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Horrendous individual. Terrible and insulting attitude from the outset. Requested full payment up front then demanded additional payments throughout the course of the job and then got aggressive and threatening when I refused. Had to threaten to call the police before he would eventually leave. Left the bathroom in a state with work having to be re-done. NEVER, EVER USE THIS GUY OR HIS OUTFIT. !!! Incidentally, I found another review on-line from a customer called Robert who experienced similar problems with him, and Mr Stephen Thomas's (SPT Electrical) response was to call him "obnoxious". That tells you all you need to know about SPT and his attitude towards his customers. Oh and I don't believe any of these so called 5 star reviews, I don't think the guy is capable of more than 1 star (that being the minimum you can get).!!!

I would like to thank spt electrical Ltd for carrying out a 3phase consumer unit replacement. They worked out of hours to ensure there was no disruption to business and caused minimal disruption to the residential tenants in flats above. Overall excellent approach , execution and aftercare.
