Shales Electrical

We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us. Tom Shales is a professional and knowledgeable electrician who was able to repair and replace my kitchen lights for me. I had these installed a few years ago and they constantly needed the bulbs changing. Tom helped me select new ones and fitted them skillfully. I was so pleased with his work that I have already given him another job to do. Tom is thoughtful, cleans up after he has finished and I cannot praise enough. First Class service from Tom of Shales Electrical! I needed to have a new dedicated 20 Amp electrical circuit installed. No problem at all for Tom. He came around, took a look, asked a few relevant questions, took some notes and within a few days sent me a quote which was accepted. The work was completed in a day. Neat and tidy too. Tom has a pleasant disposition, knows his stuff, answered all my questions and had everything sorted in the blink of an eye! In short... an excellent service!
