I recently used Ashley and his Team to complete a total rewire of a rental property. Ashley was professional throughout; turned up on time; constructive with advice and support and provided excellent communications, and that was prior to any work taking place. The work itself was completed quicker than anticipated, without compromising on quality. Rewiring whole houses tend to be a dusty and mucky business, but the property was left in a very tidy state. Ash did not send an invoice straightaway. Instead he wanted me to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the work, which of course I was. Its the little things like this that go a long way with customer retention. I was more than happy with the price quoted prior to commencements of work, but because it did not take as long as scheduled, Ash reduced to price to reflect this. Again, excellent customer service. Would I recommend Ash and Sidey Electrical? Damn right I would and they will be the first company I contact for any other work I need doing.

Ash arrived on time with another colleague. After a brief review of what work we were expecting, I left him to crack on with it. We were massively impressed with the service. The work was completed professionally and with amazingly little disruption. (My fiancée and I both work from home and we literally hardly knew any work was being done other than when the drilling was being done). Fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves brilliantly and were polite and considerate of our work whilst performing their own. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could and will be telling everyone I can about their service.

Ordered a Hypervolt EV charging point and Sidey Electrical were the recommended installer. Really glad that was the case as the Sidey team did a cracking job. From the site survey (which a lot of other companies are doing over video rather than in person), quote and scheduling everything was slick and timely. I’ve had terrible experiences from other trade people who take ages to turn quotes round or who don’t even turn up, not the case with Ash and the team. Installation day was great, they were well organised and just got on with the job after a quick briefing. They were patient and paid attention to the quality of the work and any specific instructions I had. Cabling was tidy and the handover and demo of the charging point was done well. Sidey are exactly the right type of installers Hypervolt need to maintain their excellent reputation.

We have used Ashley and the team a few times now and the service is always brilliant. They're friendly, punctual and tidy. I've had no issues recommending them to friends/family. Very knowledgeable in their trade, always offering advice + make sure I understand how and why things are being done. Overall 10/10 service. Thanks Ash!
