As requested - please find my feedback regarding the recent job undertaken by said service provider. The service provided was a shower removal. A new shower was purchased and installed by the service provider but has had some issues immediately after installation. One of the issues reported was temporarily rectified by provider, however, other issues have risen over the course of the 4 months since installation and we have contacted the service provider for support. Sadly, the main issue in particular has not been rectified and there appears to be a reluctance or dare I say, no interest in doing so, therefore, I will now have to find someone else to address what is for all intents and purposes, what should be a simple enough task for an experienced plumber to rectify. Overall, the service provider has delivered a pleasant service face to face in a timely fashion.
