Karan Goyal1 Star*UPDATE* - Since writing this, I received a letter from SOS Electricals threatening me to remove my review or they will take me to court over this review.
Numerous problems that have been created and some still to resolve and some took an inconvenient number of visits visits to resolve.
1)
They worked on switches in the house, which caused one switch to control another bedrooms switch. This was resolved after two months.
2)
Projector in our cinema room isn't working. They inspected and came back, only to find out they had the wrong replacement piece. After three months, we are yet to have this fixed.
3)
Burning electricity behind a switch which has required the components to be replaced three times. The burning smell has been blamed for being embedded in the wall. It is currently flicking our fuse constantly. Still to be resolved after 5 months..
4)
Tried to change the light dimmers which used to work by censor from touch to the more traditional dimmer; dial. They changed this over but work wasn't appropriately done. It meant one dimmer switch wasn't working and is now permanently redundant. The lights were not going to the brightest level, which required 5 visits to fix.
You may ask why we continued to use them. Unfortunately this isn't our choice, it is down to our Landlord's choice.. We have asked our Landlord on many occasions to use a different company for Electrical work.Wednesday 18th October 2017
