A small domestic job which was handled quickly and efficiently. The company have a good online system, with confirmation of the booking e-mailed to me, and a reminder note as well. They were clear about when they were going to turn up, and turned up on time, all of which was great if you are arranging to take time off work. Also, now I am on a newsletter that sends hints and tips about energy efficiency and household appliances, which is useful.

I just wanted to write and express my thanks for the work you recently did at my house. When someone triggering the outside light managed to blow a fuse that meant all our downstairs lights stopped working, it caused a bit of a problem. Not least, the fact that I work from home and would be unable to until to continue working until the power returned. Having called you in a bit of a panic you said that, as you were in the local area, you would be able to come over and look at the issue. After arriving at exactly the time you said, you quickly found that the issue wasn’t with the outside light at all but a kitchen light that had been installed by another electrician whose work, it turned out, left a lot to be desired. Having quickly found the fault, and quicker still resolved the issue, the lights were back on and I could get back to work. At the same time, I asked about a problem with our bathroom light but, as this was not as urgent, you came back a few days later, when you said you would, to fix this issue. Both times the work was done quickly and cleanly and it quickly becomes apparent the pride you take in the work that you do. It is so reassuring to know there is a tradesman I can call upon to help that I know will do a great job. Many thanks.

We were looking for an electrician to disconnect and remove some old sockets and install a new light fitting. The phone was answered promptly and politely and a price given over the phone so saved time waiting in for an estimate. Chap who came to do the work was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
