They have no certifications, they claim to have their credentials on their website using them without actually being a member, we checked directly with NICEIC, ECA etc they are not registered members which is a concern as they they would validate their credentials and keep professional electricians up to date with regular training. When we queried this they dismissed this as an error. Company is trying to position itself as a large firm however it's only 2 individuals working with dubious credentials. Always ask for qualifications and membership registrations. We had to bring in new electricians to make sure the works are done to standard , proved costly as we had to start all over again, however we have peace of mind.

I hired this company to have an EICR carried out and a fusebox replacement of a mantel/skeleton fusebox. Stefan was very friendly and polite, the work was carried out to a high standard, and for a reasonable cost, and I'd have no hesitations in using them again. After-sales support was excellent too. I received my initial contact and quotation through Bark.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY They came to do an electrical test, which was done satisfactory, well at least I thought. Not only were they late but there was no apology. But I brushed that aside as I felt I got on well with the owner and his son. BTW the owner has left a five star review for his own company that says it all. We booked them in to do the recommended changes to ensure our property was safe. We had to chase them to confirm the appointment. Then when he turned up, he told my husband that the electricity would need to be shut down for 4-5 hours. Obviously at short notice and working from home this was not possible. So the appt was rescheduled. I received a new appt stating they would arrive between 8am -11am. The day of the appt i mentioned I had to attend something and will not be in the property until 9:30am, the owner then proceeded to cancel the appointment as 'they wanted to get there early', this was not an issue, so I texted him, called him. Left messages to say not to cancel and to come i would reschedule what I was doing. He chose to not respond at all. Cancelling the appointment was unnecessary and he could have told me beforehand he wanted to start early. No response. In the end we found the owner to be really rude when he finally called me after 9am. I am not going to say what he said on the review but his reaction showed no remorse, no professionalism and he put the blame on us. We decided to cancel everything and went with another electrician. The problem was the other electricians told me, I had two quotes, that the report I received from the owner was poorly written, didn't make sense and inaccurate and he over charged us, by a huge percentage. Very glad we cancelled with London Electricity Compliance company and went with someone better, professional and who told us everything upfront so there was no surprises. You left your materials at our house. We have arranged several times for you to come and collect them but you have chosen to not do so. Please be aware we have emails and texts of communication going back and forth that would dispute your accusations. This is an honest review of your service.
