Prompt attention when I contacted them. Courteous and pleasant to deal with. 4 stars only because they did not also deal with intruder alarms too, however I would happily recommend.

A totally unreliable contractor who was booked well in advance to install new sockets etc at my mother's house. Cancelled on one occasion, apparently for family reasons so was given the benfit of the doubt. Then at 5.12pm, the night before the job advised that they would require payment on the day but had said nothing in the previous 2 weeks. Despite advising that I could transfer funds in advance, as I live away or that my daughter could run down to the bank, he didn't even bother to return my calls and messages. I had other contractors lined up for the following 2 days based on his re-arranged date so that my daughter could move into a re-modelled bedroom in time for Christmas and of this he was aware. I'll let you make your mind up as to whether you believe the company ad that they are the most reliable electricians in the area..Mmm? I would think twice before booking this company and opt for Checkatrade or the like where you can see the feedback from customers.
