Matthew Churchward1 StarTerrible customer service. We have not got anywhere near what we paid for and now they just ignore my emails and phonecalls. They were called Solar Living when we started dealing with them. In summary this is what we paid for and what we got: Paid for a 6kW PV array- we got an array that never delivers more than 4.5kW, probably because they installed a 5kW inverter; Paid for a 2.4 kW battery - we got a battery that has NEVER charged and we have subsequently found out isn't even connected to our house (!) and finally a solar thermal panel and tank which we think works but has no certification whatsoever and has completely discoloured (we had two different versions of what that meant from Solar Living/Tipsgrove Eco Park). I am so disappointed with the whole experience and frankly feel totally conned.Thursday 6th September 2018
