We were recommended Mark from a local garage (Scotts Garage) when we developed an A/C problem in our Audi A4. There was a tiny leak which would've been very difficult to find, but find it he did. We subsequently had issues with a fuel leak at the same time and Mark was very helpful and took time out of his own day (outside of working hours) to help us out and not see us stranded when he easily could've just said it wasn't his problem. Not only that, but he fixed the issue himself when we couldn't get a mechanic in a timely manner! Still motoring great today. Very appreciative of his service.

I found the person I spoke to today, and very rude, and not really interested in my problem. I was informed that the wiring harness would have to be checked and that that was a major job. I explained that the car did one thing for a few days...but...wasn't doing it again. I was told abruptly to take it to another auto electrician then. Goodbye, and the phone slammed down. If this is his normal attitude to people then it's a wonder he's still in business. You never know you may get turned away in the rain after travelling for an hour, like he did with one gentleman. I will not be recommending this electrician to anyone, but recommend you say away. There are some good auto electricians around that will give you a good deal. BUT...STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

Good service Mark is a very helpful guy explaining what needs done and not a lot of flannel some places feed you. This is the second time I've used his services and wouldn't pass him bye for other work.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use TMR autoservices because I was turned away at the door!!!!???? Looking at the reviews I'm sure you get good service usually, but not this time. After booking in a few days before with type and model of my vehicle, I took time off work, drove for an hour in rush hour traffic to get my car there on time and was turned away because it was raining!!!!???? There was an empty garage where I could have easily fit the all if not the front of my small van in. I'm not going to tell someone how to run their business or ask them to work in the rain, but I am massively p$%^ed off! Key points - Didn't bother phoning to cancel my appointment. - Wasted my time. - Wasted my money. - I'm now having to reschedule my MOT. Thanks for nothing
