Taha and his team went above and beyond the call of duty on this job. I was under time pressure to have the work completed within a week and they stepped up and kindly managed fit me in around other work. On the day of the job an unavoidable emergency meant they arrived late and the start time, of quite a big job, was delayed. For most companies this would have meant trailing the work into the next day but these guys went into overdrive. Instead of 2 electricians turning up I had 4, all totally professional, friendly and highly motivated. They worked tirelessly, keeping me informed every step of the way. This was an extremely challenging job, by my own admission, access was terrible, this was really hard graft but nobody got stressed and everyone remained in good spirits, despite the long hours. To their total credit, they stayed into the evening until the job was completed, the place cleaned, power restored and a full electricity certificate issued. I can't speak highly enough of this firm and would have no hesitation in booking them for any future work I need. Sadly it's rare to come across service of this standard in this day and age so this has to be shouted about. A big thanks to the whole team, including the admin staff, who all played their part in getting the job done.

TNS are a brilliant organisation, the electricians are highly professional and they actually arrive on time. Taha is very knowledgeable and accommodating, he understands how to deliver person centred experience. Needed broken light switches repaired. Reached out to them via email. Very quick to respond. The guys turned up on time (called ahead to confirm time) and worked quickly and professionally to fix the broken switches. Would recommend.
