Edoardo Anatrella1 StarI contact them for a outdoor vent installation for my kitchen hood, after a promise of a visit 3 weeks ago they never reply with a date or nothing, I rang them 4 times requesting any update for a visit and the reply was we will contact you....well it never happened...I strongly suggest if not willing to do the job say not interested or we are busy, lost 3 weeks for a job a needed to be done ASAP thanks for making loose my time...Tuesday 16th November 2021

They were reliable, professional and all the members of staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. The work men wore shoe coverings along with face masks and gloves were applicable. An all round Excellent experience.
