They came out a over a week ago and they still haven’t come back with a quote. Found someone more interested in do the job it’s a shame he seems a nice guy. He did phone me straight after I left the review and explained he is have trouble with computer systems, but I definitely did not receive any email quot

I had tried to contact a local electrician to carry out a safety test and certification with no luck getting anyone to call back. I contacted TWB and Tom mentioned that for the small job I required he would not normally travel so far, however when I explained I was having no luck locally he offered to help. I was very impressed with both the communication and delivery of the works requested. Toms staff were equally efficient and professional and are a credit to ther business. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an electrician to get in contact with Tom at TWB. I will certainly know who to call when I need an electrian next time.
