Our Hoover washing machine broke down and Tynedale Electrics were great. Talked me through a few things to try before they came out to save me some money. Had a fault on my Bosch automatic washing machine. I telephoned on Monday moning and Chris came out very promptly on the Tuesday morning - less than 24 hours after my call. Machine was fixed within one and a half hours and machine is now working perfectly once again. It was too good a machine to scrap - which had been the suggestion from other repair 'specialists'. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tynedale Electrics. Courteous, Efficient, Professional , Timely, Faultless

Had a kitchen delivered in early December from one of the larger nationals (Wren - you know who you are) a few days before the installation was due to begin. The integrated dishwasher ordered was not delivered and I was not informed until the next morning that they wouldn't be able to deliver any integrated dishwasher until a month later! I spoke to Jack at Tynedale Electrics and an integrated dishwasher was delivered later that afternoon. Excellent service.

Went in to look for a new cooker at short notice for a relative. Excellent service, delivered and installed within the 4 hours of visiting the shop. Not the cheapest compared with the nationals but can't fault the service and worth paying a bit more
