Gurwant Kaler1 StarHorrible experience, visited 2 times (said I don't have ladder at first time) to install kitchen extractor poorly installed doesn't sort the issue. All he is good at "I charge this much of that service". One of preinstalled socket was loose, called and man came to fix then asked for visit charges on the top of that.
