The technician arrived promptly, just 30 minutes after my call, while all other companies quoted a delay of 2 to 4 weeks, even after I explained that my refrigerator was not working. Despite my concerns about food spoilage, Wembley Electrical And Plumbing Ltd Company quickly fixed the fridge within half an hour, putting our minds at ease. From now on, I will always reach out to this company for any electrical work, and I'll be sure to recommend their excellent service to all my friends.

Thr techician sent was unable to complete the job as a part was unavailable and he asked me to order a part and said he would come to fix it as it is a2 minute job once the part comes and the charges of first visit would include fitting the part once it arrives. This conversation is recorded by me Bizarrely he insisted that I pay for his parking charges £ 9. I reluctantly did this after some debate as I have a small baby at home and did not want to wake him up the baby. The invoice sent to me is complete fraud as it invoices for a part for £ 9 .He has not used any part for the job but billed me for his parking and fraudulently puts it on a receipt as a part and applies VAT. Complete misrepresentation of terms of service and of charges and I would give a zero star rating if such an option was available. All customers be vigilant and do not believe any false promises made by them.Suggest to use other providers .

I am very happy with the work provided by Wembley Electrical And Plumbing Ltd. They were responsive to our request and communicated with us on phone and email to keep us informed of arrivals and scheduling. The friendly and knowledgeable staff took the time to answer our questions and understand our concerns. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the requested task. We will definitely be using them in the future for any additional electrical work.

Very knowledgeable about a very old electrical system in our three-flat. We had three other electricians come out who were unable to figure out the source of a problem occurring throughout the building. Ben was able to figure out the issue within 20 minutes and fixed it on the spot.
