Payment (£120+vat) was taken after falsely claiming an electrician was booked - the following day a number of different lies were made up about why he hadn't arrived, refusal to pass his contact details (as he didn't exist). Had to cancel this and look elsewhere in the end, still having trouble getting a refund.Tuesday 3rd November 2020
