I found the company incredibly professional, knowledgeable and fair. They advised me of all my available options so they I could make a well-informed choice, as well as carrying out the work at incredibly short notice. I felt comfortable with them within my home and they thoroughly observed all COVID safe social distancing measures. They were also great on a personal level – as some tradesmen I’ve used in the past can be very rude and disrespectful!
