John Macdougall5 StarI used John annually for the PAT testing at my restaurant. He was punctual and professional and had a great attention to detail, ensuring that all the equipment in the restaurant was completely safe. What impressed me the most was that if a piece of equipment initially failed he would do what ever he could to make it safe and then retest it so that it passed the test rather than just taking the easy option and marking it as failed.Friday 4th September 2020
